It was a pleasure performing at DorsetFest on Saturday, 26 June. There was a great mix of bands/solo acts on the day and we were on at 5pm. Surprisingly, the sun was shining for this very well organised and chilled out event. After the compere  had given us a very big introduction, we exploded into some classic ska covers to whip the crowd into a frenzy… and didn’t they just!

The crowd were loving the uptempo ska tunes and we threw in one of our originals, Ska Alarm, which got a great reception. It was fantastic seeing the crowd join in with the chorus at the top of their voices.

Thirteen songs in and that was our lot, we were sweaty, knackered and in need of a nice cold beer… but what was that we heard the audience scream? ONE MORE SONG, ONE MORE SONG we heard them chanting… oh go on then, we screamed back. It went quiet for a second whilst the introduction to the Specials classic, Message to you Rudy rang out from the harmonica and then it seemed like the entire crowd were singing with us. What a great end to a great festival!
